Bridget Trend started working for UCP Marjon catering on 13th October 1978.  She has worked on every possible function including student events, the May Ball, leavers Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Conferences, Graduation lunches where Lord Mayors & other dignitaries were in attendance as well as events with Princess Anne, Desmond Tutu, Sue Barker and Floella Benjamin.

Staff and colleagues joined Bridget last week for a celebration to say goodbye, pass on gifts and flowers and to wish her the best for the future.
