Perspectives on Play and Learning
You will explore key issues in play and develop an understanding of competing perspectives and explanations of the role of play and gain knowledge of the role and importance of play in children’s lives. You will also be equipped to observe and analyse play in order to enhance your understanding of the appropriate role of adults in relation to children’s play.
