UCP Marjon has worked with the Government of Malaysia continuously for over 25 years – since 1983 – on more than 15 ELT teacher education and teacher training projects. Marjon currently has an institutional twinning link with Institut Pendidikan Guru- Kampus Bahasa Antarabangsa (IPG KBA) in Kuala Lumpur for the purpose of training primary teachers to B.Ed (Honours) level. Two years of the Degree are taught in IPBA and two in UCP Marjon.


UCP Marjon was the lead institution on the extensive Primary English Teacher Education Project (PETEP), a Project design to reform the English Teacher Training Curriculum: 1998-2004.
