Declaration of Health

I declare I am physically fit. I acknowledge that adventure racing can be hazardous, and waive and renounce any rights and claims for damages I may have against the organiser(s) or their agent(s) for loss/injury as a result of participation in this event.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

  • No refunds will be issued unless the event organisers cancel or postpone the event.
  • Entries may be transferred between competitors up to five days prior to the event.
  • Entries may be transferred between categories up to five days prior to an event provided any additional costs that are relevant are paid in full.
  • Where equipment is provided to competitors, all reasonable care is expected to be exercised by competitors over this equipment and for it to be returned to the event organisers. If competitors damage equipment, the organisers reserve the right to be compensated in respect of this equipment to the tune of the replacement value of the goods.
  • If there are insufficient entrants in a prize category, the organisers reserve the right to cancel that category and reassign entrants to other categories.
